The marketplace allows company borrowers ("Borrowers") to apply for a loan ("Loan") from registered Lenders and Investors ("Investors") by following the CTSE Capital Solutions digital registration and assessment process, within the CTSE Capital Solutions digital platform ("Platform"). The process is designed to streamline and simplify the loan application and investment process and reduce the operational cost of company loans.
CTSE Capital Solutions provides the contractually regulated services required by both Borrowers and Investors, including documentation generation, debt origination, credit scoring, borrowing, investing, collections, payments, financial account management and debt collection activities.
The Borrower requires a loan and may apply for a loan ("Loan"), by following the standard services and procedures of the Platform. The Investor requires investment in company loans as per their predefined criteria and may agree to provide the Loan or Investment ("Investment") or part thereof, into the Loan to the Borrower, by following the standard services and procedures of the Platform.
There is a Loan Agreement required to be signed by Borrowers and Investors, where the Parties record the agreed terms and conditions for such provision of funding and includes all the terms and conditions of the Loan and the repayment matters related thereto.
